So even with my system audio in its default state, it looks like I continue to get the coreaudio error, which then results in the bus error. opened the console and here is the new error message ĥ/6/09 12:45:24 AM Avenue begin Setup secondary contextsĥ/6/09 12:45:24 AM Avenue invalid drawableĥ/6/09 12:45:24 AM Avenue new context is createdĥ/6/09 12:45:24 AM Avenue end Setup secondary contextsĥ/6/09 12:45:24 AM Avenue create audio engineĥ/6/09 12:45:24 AM Avenue Adding destination (address: 325107072) to audio callback, inputPair are 0ĥ/6/09 12:45:24 AM Avenue Succesfully added destination with indexĥ/6/09 12:45:26 AM Avenue CoreAudio error: 491 - 6e6f7065ĥ/6/09 12:45:35 AM (.) Thanks for the reply! here is the latest. Soundflower is not selected in my system preferences so I am at a lost as to how to fix this issue.Īny help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. Seems to me the input device above should be "LineIn" and NOT soundflower. (playing with different system audio configurations no longer seems to make a difference.I even updated the soundflower software to the latest version and still no luck) can't find a pref file so don't know if it is just a corrupted file I need to trash either. Since then I have re-installed a few times. I initially was able once to alter my system sound settings and Avenue launched immediately and was working fine until I went into the preferences under the Audio tab to see what was going on and it promptly crashed. Trying "reset and relaunch" does not work either. However, in the console I see the error message:Īvenue Output Device: Built-in OutputĪvenue Input Device: Soundflower (2ch)Īvenue CoreAudio error: 530 - 6e6f7065Ĭom.apple.launchd (.) Exited abnormally: Segmentation fault I set up my output to be headphone and my input to be line in which is the default config for my laptop. I use SoundFlower (cycle'74) and I think it may be the issue but I can't confirm that. I was able to get it to work one time by playing with the output/input system sound. I've tried everything I can think of but still when I launch the software, it crashes.
